Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment.
- Conduct daily inspections and maintenance of mechanical systems.
- Monitor and manage property temperature, energy, and utilities usage.
- Calibrate controls, gauges, meters, and related equipment.
- Assemble, install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and piping assemblies.
- Perform routine pool and spa maintenance.
- Adhere to all safety, security, and company policies.
- Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating and addressing needs professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical, Trade, or Vocational School degree.
- Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
