Key role and responsibilities of the job:
To achieve our ambition, we need you to share your skills and fresh ideas, this includes:
As a Reservations Officer, you will lead the DQ reservations team, provide seamless operations and excellent services to clients (B2B and B2C) and also to promote Qatar as a premium tourism destination.
You will be responsible to enhance the customer service experience through formation and ongoing optimization of operational procedures, resources utilization, and manpower rostering. You will ensure that the daily business is performing according to company procedures and policies.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant College or University qualification to min bachelor’s level with minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar industry.
- Proficient in MS Office and tourism back-office systems.
- DMC reservations/operations experience would be highly preferred, as well as destination knowledge of Qatar.
