Responsibilities:
- Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their arrival and departure experiences.
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, and complete reports.
- Share highlights of the local area.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, and uphold quality standards.
- Be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
