Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and escort guests with courtesy and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression
- Handle guests’ luggage efficiently during arrivals, departures, and room transfers
- Provide accurate and timely information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Maintain the tidiness and presentation of public areas, particularly the lobby and entrance
- Collaborate effectively with the Front Office team to support smooth check-in and check-out procedures
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and special requests, offering solutions in a gracious and proactive manner
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in a similar guest-facing role within a luxury or upscale hotel environment is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor
- Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset
- Physical ability to lift and transport luggage safely and efficiently
