Key Responsibilities
- Craft espresso-based beverages, teas, smoothies, and cold drinks.
- Take orders and answer menu-related questions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and customer areas.
- Safely operate espresso machines, grinders, and blenders.
- Use a point of sale system to process orders and replenish supplies.
Qualifications
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with guests.
- International experience in luxury hotel brands is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and excellent English communication skills.
