  • Revoked Licenses:
    • 5 recruitment offices had their licenses revoked due to:
      • Violating rules governing recruitment practices.
      • Failing to meet minimum approved performance requirements.
      • Non-compliance with shelter standards and requirements.
      • Not correcting violations within the given deadline.
  • Suspended Licenses:
    • 10 recruitment offices had their licenses suspended for:
      • Violating recruitment practices.
      • Delaying the processing of complaints related to refunds for clients.
      • Failing to adhere to shelter standards and requirements.
