Eligible employees can receive a cash payout if they have been subscribed to the scheme for at least 12 months.
To file a claim, workers must visit the official ILOE website at iloe.ae and log in using their mobile number and Emirates ID.
The claim process involves confirming the details of their employment termination, selecting a payment method, and submitting the claim within 30 days of job loss.
Compensation amounts to 60% of the employee’s subscription salary, with a maximum benefit of AED 10,000 per month for those earning AED 16,000 or below, and AED 20,000 for those earning above that threshold. Payments are processed within two weeks of submission.
For assistance, workers can contact the ILOE call center or email support for updates on their claims.
