Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on air conditioning units, chillers, and other HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and hotel staff.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an AC Technician or in a similar HVAC maintenance role.
- Technical diploma or certification in HVAC systems or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve HVAC issues.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and hotel staff.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
