Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance and repairs as needed within the hotel.
  • Construct and fix shelving, cabinets, door locks, and windows.
  • Remove and replace damaged parts of structures.
  • Finish surfaces of woodwork and wallboard.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations.
  • Operate safely to protect the health of guests and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Constant standing and walking.
  • Frequent lifting of up to 20 lbs.
  • Occasional kneeling and using ladders.
