Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inspections of mechanical systems.

- Ensure adherence to safety and security policies.
Qualifications
- Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
- At least 3 years of related work experience.
- EPA Universal Certification and HVAC Certification required.
