To manage this extensive operation, the brothers rely on a team of more than 200 kitchen staff and 350 volunteers, who collectively contribute over 700 man-hours each day.
Meal preparation begins early in the morning after suhoor, with over 30,000 meals cooked by noon. Each day, they pack meals along with laban, water, fruits, and dates, which are then transported to various locations across Dubai and Sharjah.
Imran oversees the initiative personally, dedicating 16 hours a day to ensure its success. The brothers, who started with 10,000 meals in their first Ramadan in 2015, now aim to serve two million meals in 2025.
Their efforts not only provide nourishment but also foster a sense of community and support among the workers they serve.
The brothers are committed to their mission year-round, having distributed over eight million food packs since their inception. They believe that kindness should extend beyond Ramadan, creating lasting impacts in the lives of those in need.
