New Golf Cart Service for Umrah Pilgrims at Masjid al-Haram

Pilgrims performing Umrah can now enjoy the convenience of golf carts while navigating the upper floor of Masjid al-Haram.

The service aims to facilitate easier movement within the sacred site, especially during peak times.

Ticket Pricing and Purchase Locations

The golf cart service is available for SR 50 per person for Saee, operating daily from 4:00 PM to 4:00 AM. Tickets can be purchased at three designated gates:

• Gate 1 (Bab King Abdul Aziz): For those entering from the Clock Tower.
• Gate 5 (Bab Ajyad): Accessible for pilgrims coming from Safa and Marwah.
• Gate 63 (Bab-Umrah): Available for those entering from Jabal Omer’s side.

Free Services for Disabled Pilgrims

Additionally, pilgrims with disabilities can avail themselves of free golf carts by presenting a valid disability ID and passport at the service counter. A receipt will be issued, which can be shown to collect the golf cart.
