- Voice Navigation: Users can now find information and services more easily without the need for typing or scrolling, enhancing accessibility.
- Interactive Guide: This tool categorizes ICP services, allowing users to quickly access essential information regarding conditions and procedures for each service, facilitating smoother application processes.
- Flexible Access Options: The revamped interface supports diverse reading and browsing needs, ensuring an inclusive experience with improved colors, fonts, and navigation.
Maj-Gen Suhail Al Khaili, director-general of the ICP, emphasized the authority’s commitment to delivering high-quality services around the clock.
