Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests with professionalism and attentiveness.
- Provide detailed information on menu offerings and assist with orders.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, appearance, and hospitality.
- Handle multiple tasks while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in the primary workplace language is essential. Computer literacy is an advantage.
- Appearance: Maintain a neat, clean, and professional look that aligns with hotel standards.
