Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on property vehicles and equipment.
- Conduct preventative maintenance, including cleaning and lubricating tools and equipment.
- Maintain accurate logs of operations, maintenance activities, and safety inspections.
- Follow all safety and security policies and report any hazards or issues.
- Engage in physical tasks, such as lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a related field.
