Al Futtaim Group, a leading diversified business group based in Dubai, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its ACE retail outlet in Doha.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the store and maintaining high levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and staff management.
• Ensure the store is opened and closed properly when the Store Manager is absent.
• Provide training to new employees on Point of Sale systems and product knowledge.
• Oversee delivery processes and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
• Participate in promotional activities and store events to drive sales.

Required Skills:

• Strong background in hardware and electronics.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Previous supervisory experience in a retail or service environment (3+ years).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
