How to Enter the Draw:

- Prizes: Ten lucky winners will be chosen, with each receiving a trip for two to perform Umrah.
The campaign runs from January 16 to February 18, 2025, and will feature two winners announced each week over a five-week period.
All draws will take place in the presence of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI), culminating in a special ceremony to honor the winners.

Terms and Conditions:
- The promotion is exclusive to prepaid and postpaid customers.
- All active Hala and Shahry customers can enter by clicking on the banner in the Ooredoo App’s Personal Offers section.
- Each customer can enter the draw once; once the banner is clicked, it will no longer be visible.
- A weekly random raffle will select ten participants, with two winners each week.
- Winners will receive an Umrah package covering flights, hotel accommodation, airport transfers, and meals for two between March 10 and 12, 2025.
- Winners must be Muslim and capable of performing Umrah, and they are responsible for securing their Umrah visa.
- The promotional period lasts from January 16 to February 18, 2025.
- Winners will be notified via SMS and phone call from Ooredoo.
- Each mobile number is limited to one win throughout the promotion. If selected multiple times, a new winner will be chosen.
- If a winner cannot partake in the Umrah trip for personal reasons, the equivalent value of tickets and hotel stay will be offered, pending verification.
- Winners must present their mobile number, QID, and original passport at Ooredoo’s office to initiate the registration process for Umrah.
- Registration must occur within the specified period; failure to do so will result in prize forfeiture.
- Ooredoo retains the right to amend or discontinue the promotion with prior notification to customers, subject to MOCI approval.
