Dubai Introduces Five New Paid Parking Zones in Local Neighborhoods

Dubai’s public parking operator, Parkin, has expanded its regulated parking system by introducing five new paid parking zones across various neighborhoods.

- Al Jaddaf Paid Parking Zones:
Two new zones, 326C (on-street) and 326D (off-street), have been established. The parking hours are from Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 10 PM, with peak rates of Dh4 per hour and non-peak rates of Dh2 per hour, capping at Dh20 for 24 hours. - Al Khail Gate 24/7 Parking Zone:
Zone 365N is now available for 24-hour parking at a daily rate of Dh30. Hourly charges are set at Dh4 for the first hour and Dh8 for the second. - Updated Tariffs in Al Karama, Al Qusais, and Al Kifaf:
Updated fees for high-demand areas include a peak rate of Dh6 per hour and Dh4 per hour during off-peak hours in Zone WP, which indicates premium parking near public transport stations. - 24-Hour Paid Parking at Mosques:
Approximately 2,100 parking spaces at 59 mosques will now be managed under Parkin. Free parking will be available for one hour during prayer times, with paid parking enforced outside these hours. - Mirdif Paid Parking Zones:
New parking areas, 251C (on-street) and 251D (off-street), have been introduced in Mirdif with variable tariffs, including Dh2 per hour during non-peak times and Dh4 during peak hours.
These updates reflect Dubai’s ongoing efforts to streamline parking management and cater to the growing needs of residents and visitors.
