Responsibilities:
- Apply paint, stain, and other finishes to property walls, ceilings, and furniture using various tools such as brushes, spray guns, or rollers.
- Prepare surfaces by applying primers or sealers and removing old finishes through stripping, sanding, or abrasive blasting.
- Ensure surfaces are protected during painting and that appropriate safety signs are posted.
- Maintain and store painting tools and equipment properly.
- Coordinate with vendors to modify paint colors, stains, or varnishes as needed.
- Adhere to company safety and security policies, report any maintenance issues or safety hazards, and complete required safety training.
- Provide excellent guest service by welcoming and assisting guests, maintaining a professional appearance, and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Be capable of physical tasks such as reaching, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing for extended periods.
Requirements:
- Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
