Duties, Responsibilities, Qualifications and Experience:
Should be responsible for all hvac/fire fighting/fire alarm/water supply/ drainage/ kitchen equipment works related to showrooms, warehouses, accommodations, malls etc.
Should prepare/review design drawings, BOQ, specification etc for new projects.
Should attend site meetings with consultants and contractors.
Should review the work of contractors and make sure that standards and quantity are meet.
Visit the sites and issue snag list to the contractors through consultant.
Check the work completion and invoice.
Check and review the documents as part of handing over.
Manage the supervisors of each discipline and lead the team.
Coordinate with management, consultant, contractor, suppliers etc.
Arrange main materials, equipment, machinery, tools etc.
Should participate in civil defense and other regulatory inspections.
Interviewing and selecting supervisors/technicians.
Should have knowledge in heat load calculations, ducting, piping.
Should have exp. in split ac, ducted solit, package ac, ahus, fahus, fcus chiller, pump, dheat exchanger, control panels, bms, cold rooms, freezers, cold and hot displays, bain maries.
Should have experience in external piping for water supply, drainage, manholes, slopes.
Should have experience in fire pumps, gi piping, fhrc, sprinkler system, detectors, facp.
Should have idea in escalator/lifts etc.
Note: The Candidates Age should not exceed More than 36 years.
