Safeguard Woqod’s facilities from external threats and risks following security policies and procedures.
Regularize the movement of employees, vehicles and materials within the assigned Woqod location.
Control the movement through access gates in Woqod facility; ensure that only authorized people are allowed to enter.
Identify and arrange for the designated areas parking areas for visitors’ vehicles.
Conduct regular security check around work location perimeter and record/ report observations accordingly.
Ensure that prohibited items are surrendered at the gate prior to entry, as and when applicable (e.g. LPG Plant).
Implement gate control and traffic control.
Shift Records and Report
Maintain a logbook to record all activities throughout the shift including, but not limited to, headcount in Woqod facility at any given time.
Report any unauthorized cases to the Security Foreman or Supervisor.
Report all incidents to Security Foreman in order to keep track and take any corrective actions to avoid recurrence.
Incident control
Operate radio/telephone equipment and send, receive and record messages to keep control room operator updated on security site status and further actions required.
Training, Fire Fighting Awareness and Drills
Conduct security drills, practice sessions and lectures to impart awareness and ensure physical readiness for security incidents.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international leading practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures
Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Minimum Experience:
3 years of relevant experience in security in a similar industrial environment
Job Specific Skills :
Extensive Security Access knowledge
Physically fit
Good level of spoken and written English and Arabic
