As an AC Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out preventive maintenance and repairs of all types of A/C & Refrigeration work, recording and analyzing operating logs and utilities, and taking immediate measures during emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out preventive maintenance and repairs of all types of A/C & Refrigeration work
- Record and analyze operating logs and utilities
- Take immediate measures during emergencies in repair works
- Work closely with HVAC Technician when needed
- Carry out improvement, maintenance, and repair work on all building services and A/C & Refrigeration equipment
- Perform daily start-up, shutdown, and inspection of building services and equipment
- Maintain tools and equipment, and perform engineering housekeeping work
- Update daily maintenance log, complete work order forms, and keep the workplace clean and tidy
- Attend to complaints from hotel guests and other departments
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position, preferably in a hotel or comparable organization
- Strong interpersonal skills and good English communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction and professionalism
