Skills:

The successful candidates will have:

  • 3 years of relavant experience as storekeeper.
  • 2 to 5 years job related experience in a facilities maintenance warehouse and experience of ERP inventory module
  • Experience in similar role in International Airport.
  • Well versed with MS Office suits.
  • Certificate in logistics management or finance or equivalent.

Responsibilities of the job:

  • Complete routine store functions in a timely manner by receiving of goods, verification of quality, quantity, labelling, shelving and related transactions in inventory system, update the PPE and tools register for tracking and compliance.
  • Provide logistics support service to various stakeholders, follow-up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
  • Responsible for clearance and delivery of overseas shipments from HIA cargo.
  • Periodically review min-max reports and complete the re-ordering process for maintaining optimum stock level. Complete transactions in Inventory module.
  • Perform periodical inventory audit to maintain stock and data accuracy.
  • Receipt, account, storage and issuance of turnover spares and project balance materials.
