About the Role:
- Helps with food preparation.
- Serves food at appropriate times.
- Cleans and washes cafeteria equipment, dishes, pans, tables and carts.
- Maintains food service facilities, equipment and utensils in a clean and sanitary condition including all surfaces.
- Maintains and completes required forms and records accurately, as assigned by supervisor.
- Organizes, prepares and safekeeping of menu table cards/dish cards.
- Assists in taking inventories and record keeping.
- Keeping floors and work areas clear of hazards and obstruction
- Responsible of the operation of kitchen cleaning equipment
Qualifications:
Your experience and skills include:
- With F&B background on serving and clearance
- Organized and a great team player
- Passionate about maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene
- Good communication skills in English.
