Purpose of the position:

This position ensures all crewmembers fit within our company culture and have the necessary skills to perform their duties. The role ensures the infrastructure and sourcing serves the short- and long-term cabin crew and flight crew resources strategic plans as well as adequate and on time reporting is established.

What you will be doing:

  • Continuous analysis of competitor’s behaviour on the cabin crew and flight crew recruitment market
  • Sets recruitment targets based on cabin crew and flight crew demand
  • Establishes short and long term recruitment strategies including detailed plans about crew composition
  • Develops Employee Value Proposition and Recruitment Marketing plan in cooperation with Marketing Department

  • Implements state of art talent sourcing techniques and tools
  • Plans and monitors recruitment events and the recruiter team
  • Develops contingency plans for periods with low applications or pass rate
  • Through the recruitment team, keeps record of all recruitment relevant data such as:
  • Applications in the system
  • Invited candidates
  • Recruitment results
  • Initial training failures
  • Resignation Data

Requirements:

  • 5 years’ experience in recruiting staff with a scarce qualification (Aviation, IT or other specific sector facing talent shortage)
  • College or university degree
  • Minimum 3 years of international recruitment management experience
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in the United Arab Emirates
  • Capability to understand complex issues and procedures
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
  • Efficient in complex problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to pay attention to details
  • Fluent English
  • Arabic language knowledge is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Customer focused attitude
  • Good computer knowledge: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Availability for occasional international travel
