Role Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive aviation security protocols.
- Ensure compliance with ICAO and regional aviation security standards.
- Oversee airport access control, baggage screening, and in-flight security procedures.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, identify weaknesses, and apply corrective measures.
- Lead crisis management efforts and oversee emergency response procedures.
- Train staff to uphold security protocols and foster a strong safety culture.
- Coordinate with airport authorities, law enforcement, customs, and other airlines to ensure a cohesive security network.
- Manage responses to security incidents with efficiency and authority.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree qualified with minimum 10 years of experience in airline or airport security operations management.
- Extensive knowledge of aviation security regulations and compliance standards (including ICAO).
- Proven track record in crisis management and emergency response.
- Strong ability to lead security teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Deep understanding of the security requirements of airline operations.
