Role Responsibilities
- Oversee real-time coordination of daily airline operations.
- Ensure flights operate safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Balance commercial priorities with regulatory compliance and safety standards.
- Act as a key link between flight operations, crew scheduling, maintenance, ground handling, and customer service.
- Manage irregular operations (IROPs) and lead crisis response strategies.
- Monitor operational performance metrics and ensure continuous improvement.
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external partners.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree qualification with at least 3 years of progressive airline operations experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Background in Airline Operations Control Center (IOCC), Network Control, or Integrated Operations.
- Industry certifications (IATA, ICAO, or equivalent) are considered an advantage.
