Role Responsibilities
- Lead the development, optimisation, and innovation of Riyadh Air’s digital booking experience.
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of booking flows from offer selection to confirmation.
- Collaborate across UX design, engineering, pricing, loyalty, ancillaries, and payments teams.
- Ensure booking journeys are seamless, personalised, and conversion-focused.
- Drive feature definition, sprint execution, and post-launch analysis for continuous improvement.
- Implement dynamic offers, cart orchestration, and servicing logic to strengthen airline retailing.
- Leverage data analytics, A/B testing, and KPIs to optimise guest experiences.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree qualified with minimum 7 years of product management experience, preferably in airlines or online travel agencies.
- Strong expertise in airline booking models, NDC, merchandising workflows, and cart architecture.
- Experience in PRDs, backlog management, agile methodologies, and discovery processes.
- Proficiency in API integrations, payment gateways, and booking orchestration logic.
- Knowledge of platforms such as INTERACT or ARDWEB, with understanding of codeshare and interline agreements.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to deliver innovative digital solutions.
