Role Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day airport operations, including passenger services, ramp, check-in, baggage, lounge, and ticketing.
- Ensure safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance across ground handling and airport services.
- Drive operational excellence while improving customer experience and maintaining strong stakeholder relations.
- Represent Riyadh Air in AOC meetings, airport committees, and regulatory forums.
- Build and lead high-performing teams, including frontline leaders and customer service staff.
- Maintain effective coordination with customs, immigration, airport authorities, and ground partners.
- Uphold service quality, grooming standards, and adherence to operational SOPs.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree qualification with minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Airport or Ground Operations.
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience at Tier 1 or Tier 2 global airports.
- Proven expertise in passenger services, ramp operations, baggage handling, and load control.
- Station start-up or launch experience will be considered a strong asset.
