Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Barista team in preparing and serving high-quality beverages to guests.
- Support stock inventory control by accurately counting and recording supplies to ensure product availability.
- Follow Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) requirements to maintain compliance and safe handling of products.
- Collaborate with the team to place orders, minimize waste, and maximize sales.
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and efficient setup of the bar area.
- Record wastage details and report discrepancies to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
Candidate Profile:
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills with proficiency in English communication.
- No prior work experience required.
- Awareness of restaurant and hospitality operations, including culinary aspects.
- Commitment to service excellence and guest management.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to work effectively within a team.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with guests and colleagues.
- Exceptional customer service skills both in-person and over the phone.
