The role focuses on ensuring high-quality linen care for guest rooms and the Food and Beverage/Culinary departments, while maintaining a safe work environment and maximizing departmental efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily laundry operations to meet quality standards and customer expectations
- Supervise and support laundry staff, stepping in to perform duties as needed
- Communicate and enforce safety procedures, ensuring all employees understand and comply with safety codes
- Assist in managing department budgets, operating statements, and payroll reports
- Maintain a consistent workflow to balance production demands
- Report operational issues to the department manager and Human Resources when necessary
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Oversee ordering and management of cleaning supplies, equipment, tools, and uniforms within budget
- Supervise daily laundry shifts to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of experience in laundry, housekeeping, or related professional area
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
