Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily laundry operations to meet quality standards and customer expectations
  • Supervise and support laundry staff, stepping in to perform duties as needed
  • Communicate and enforce safety procedures, ensuring all employees understand and comply with safety codes
  • Assist in managing department budgets, operating statements, and payroll reports
  • Maintain a consistent workflow to balance production demands
  • Report operational issues to the department manager and Human Resources when necessary
