Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED plus 1 year of experience in housekeeping or related area
OR - 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (no experience required)

Core Responsibilities:
- Manage housekeeping operations and budgets
- Keep updated with OSHA regulations
- Oversee lost and found procedures
- Assign cleaning tasks based on room status and check-outs
- Inventory and maintain adequate housekeeping supplies
- Communicate guest room status promptly to Front Desk
- Coordinate with Engineering on maintenance needs
- Follow loss prevention policies and procedures
- Ensure employees have necessary supplies, equipment, and uniforms
- Assist with guestroom and public space inspections
- Manage linen inventory and assist in ordering supplies
- Supervise housekeeping team in absence of senior managers
- Provide feedback to improve employee service performance
