This is a full-time role in the Food & Beverage sector, ideal for candidates with at least one year of experience, preferably in 4-star to 5-star hotel or restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and present menus.
- Inform guests about daily specials and menu changes.
- Suggest food and beverage options and upsell items.
- Take orders using handheld POS systems and ensure special requests are noted.
- Handle payments, issue receipts, and return change.
- Serve food and beverages according to the order sequence.
- Maintain a high standard of dining experience, including replenishing utensils and refilling glasses.
- Prepare mixed drinks for customers.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and bus staff to ensure smooth service.
- Perform basic cleaning tasks and fill in for absent staff when needed.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in 4* or 5* star hotel or restaurant operations.
- Knowledge of Basic HACCP and Food Safety.
- Familiarity with MICROS POS system.
