The Laundry Cashier will be responsible for managing guest bills, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining accurate financial records related to laundry services. .

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and file cover sheets daily.
- Check guest satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Print accurate guest bills and settle payments via cash, credit card, or room charge.
- Follow daily closing procedures and tally cash and credit card transactions.
- Deposit cash and maintain confidentiality regarding guest privacy.
- Report hazards and maintain safety standards.
- Stay updated with hotel activities through the communication log book.
- Attend scheduled briefings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in cashiering and knowledgeable about POS systems.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Positive attitude and commitment to high-level customer service.
- Excellent grooming standards and ability to work under pressure.
