Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and repair wooden furniture, including beds, tables, and wardrobes.
- Tighten loose joints and fix broken handles, hinges, or locks.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on wooden items in guest rooms and public areas.
- Attend to maintenance calls related to carpentry issues, ensuring minimal guest inconvenience.
- Assist in the installation of new fixtures and furniture.
- Modify or adjust furniture as needed for events.
- Maintain carpentry tools and keep the workshop organized.
- Log daily work and update job orders in the system.
Qualifications:
- High School graduate or equivalent vocational training.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven skills in carpentry and familiarity with various materials.
- Good knowledge of English and basic math skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
