Key Responsibilities:
- Perform emergency repairs and adjustments on all AC equipment and machines.
- Address trouble reports promptly and ensure all safety practices are followed.
- Conduct routine and planned preventive maintenance.
- Familiarize oneself with the HVAC layout of the hotel.
- Recommend and perform necessary repairs to complete tasks efficiently.
- Carry out statutory and safety checks and maintain relevant log sheets.
- Report equipment faults to the supervisor immediately and notify upon job completion.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
- Proficiency in using HVAC tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Physical capability to handle equipment and work in challenging environments.
