This full-time, permanent role is crucial for the efficient management and control of kitchen stores including dry, chilled, and frozen items.
The Storekeeper will ensure proper receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of all culinary supplies, strictly adhering to HACCP guidelines and inventory protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify kitchen supplies for quality and quantity
- Store items according to food safety standards (FIFO, HACCP)
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in storage areas
- Issue supplies based on approved requests
- Conduct regular stock counts and report inventory status
- Support procurement planning with accurate data
- Help control food costs and minimize waste
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar hotel or high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and inventory systems
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail
- Physically able to handle stock items
