Dubai RTA Enhances Connectivity with New Bus Stops and Route Updates

Dubai: The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced significant improvements to Dubai’s public bus network aimed at enhancing connectivity and reducing travel times.
The updates include the introduction of new bus stops and adjustments to several routes, targeting key residential, industrial, and developing areas.

Among the changes, Route 17 will now terminate at Baniyas Square Metro Station instead of Sabkha Bus Station, while Route 24 has been rerouted within Al Nahda 1.
Other routes, such as Route 44, have seen modifications to their paths, particularly from Rebat Street to Dubai Festival City.
Additionally, new bus stops have been added in developing neighborhoods to ensure better access for commuters.
The RTA continues to focus on streamlining public transport services to meet the evolving mobility needs of Dubai’s residents and visitors.
Further adjustments include extensions of routes to cover new areas and relocations of stops for improved efficiency.
