Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general repair and maintenance on laundry plumbing and electrical systems.
- Conduct basic painting and finishing of furniture and structures.
- Check and make minor repairs on electrical systems such as refrigeration controls, televisions, and lighting.
- Inspect and repair plumbing systems and fixtures, including pipelines, toilets, and sinks.
- Maintain and repair laundry equipment using manuals and historical data.
- Re-issue and exchange worn-out clothing.
- Ensure security by monitoring the laundry area regularly.
- Maintain cleanliness and security of the laundry building and designated outdoor areas.
Qualifications:
- A technical background with experience in industrial machinery.
- Ability to work under regulations and policies.
- Good physical condition and command of English.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
