Dubai: Parkin Launches New 24/7 Paid Parking Zone at Al Khail Gate
Parkin has announced the launch of a new paid parking zone, named Zone 365N, located at Al Khail Gate. This zone will operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including Sundays, with a daily rate of Dh30.
The new pricing structure also includes hourly rates during peak and off-peak hours.

For example, the hourly rates are as follows:
- 1 hour: Dh4
- 2 hours: Dh8
- 3 hours: Dh10
- 4 hours: Dh12
- 5 hours: Dh14
- 6 hours: Dh16
- 7 hours: Dh18
- 8 hours: Dh20
- 9 hours: Dh22
- 24 hours: Dh30
Earlier this year, Parkin introduced variable pricing in other zones, allowing for different charges based on demand.
Alongside this, monthly subscriptions are available for parking, accommodating multiple vehicles under a single traffic file, though only one vehicle can be active at a time.
With over 10,000 new parking spaces added recently, Parkin reported a record revenue of Dh273.3 million in the first quarter of this year, marking a 27% increase compared to the same period in 2024.
