Eid Al Adha 2025: Prayer Timings Announced Across UAE Emirates

As the UAE prepares for the Eid Al Adha celebrations, the country has declared a four-day public holiday from Thursday, June 5, to Sunday, June 8, 2025.
Eid Al Adha itself will be observed on Friday, June 6, coinciding with Jumuah prayers, which will be held separately at designated times.

The UAE Fatwa Council has clarified that both Eid and Jumuah prayers will take place independently. The anticipated prayer timings for various Emirates are as follows:
- Abu Dhabi: 5:50 AM
- Dubai: 5:45 AM
- Sharjah: 5:44 AM
- Ajman: 5:44 AM
- Umm Al Quwain: 5:43 AM
- Ras Al Khaimah: 5:41 AM
- Fujairah: 5:41 AM
These timings are based on the Hijri calendar issued by the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Centre and may be updated as official announcements are made.
On Eid morning, Muslims will gather in mosques and open spaces to perform the special prayer, followed by a sermon.
The day is marked by community celebrations, including the traditional sacrifice of livestock, reflecting values of charity and compassion.
Residents are encouraged to participate fully in the festivities while adhering to safety guidelines.
