Pedro Lacerda, Senior Vice President at TASC Group, noted that the theme park will create more than 20,000 jobs specifically in retail, transportation, and hospitality.

Opportunities will also arise in guest services, entertainment, ride operations, and corporate roles such as HR and finance.

The development is expected to require a diverse workforce, including specialists in hospitality and live entertainment, as well as multilingual talent to enhance customer experiences.

This influx of jobs may lead to increased competition in the local labor market and necessitate adjustments in immigration processes.

Additionally, the park aims to leverage AI technology, with a growing demand for skilled professionals in AI infrastructure and real-time technology management.

This shift highlights the need for a new class of roles that blend technology and visitor engagement.

Disneyland Abu Dhabi will be located on Yas Island, although an official opening date has yet to be announced.
