Hyatt Regency Oryx Doha is a modern, stylish hotel located conveniently near Hamad International Airport and within minutes of central Doha attractions including the Corniche, National Museum of Qatar,
and the city’s thriving business district. Designed for both business and leisure travelers, the hotel offers a seamless blend of comfort, connectivity, and relaxation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on all air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Repair, troubleshoot, and maintain mechanical and electrical components of refrigeration systems including freezers, fridges, ice makers, fan coil units, and chillers.
- Conduct technical inspections, fault diagnosis, and timely repair in accordance with safety guidelines and operational manuals.
- Ensure all HVAC and refrigeration systems operate efficiently and comply with safety and performance standards.
- Maintain detailed records of work completed and report issues requiring further attention.
- Collaborate effectively with the Engineering team to uphold high standards of facility maintenance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Relevant technical or vocational qualification in HVAC systems or mechanical/electrical engineering.
- Proven experience in maintenance and repair of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience with international luxury hotel brands is an asset.
- Ability to adapt to multicultural environments and handle tasks under pressure.
- Basic proficiency in English is required.
