The report, titled Emerging Trends Report in Talent Management (2024–2040), outlines significant changes already occurring in Abu Dhabi government departments.
AI is expected to personalize wellness plans, facilitate career transitions, and predict employee turnover.
Innovative work environments may emerge, featuring gamified setups and virtual reality training. DGE is currently implementing AI tools to track employee development, reduce turnover, and create smarter career pathways.
