Key Responsibilities
- Maintain all Ground Support Equipment in a serviceable and safe condition.
- Conduct routine inspections according to manufacturer recommendations.
- Record inspections, rectifications, and actions taken in maintenance logs.
- Liaise with the Purchasing Section to ensure timely availability of spare parts.
- Recommend additional and replacement equipment as needed.
- Provide status reports on equipment location and serviceability.
- Operate equipment and tooling to meet productivity standards.
- Work independently to complete assigned tasks effectively.
Qualifications
- Relevant vocational or trade qualification.
- Approved Trade Apprenticeship.
- Mechanical experience is essential.
- Thorough knowledge of aircraft ground support equipment.
