You will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment to ensure optimal performance and guest comfort.

Responsibilities
- Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment.
- Maintain and conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant.
- Monitor and control property temperature.
- Monitor and analyze energy and utilities usage.
- Calibrate controls, gauges, and meters.
- Perform routine pool and spa maintenance.
Qualifications
- EPA Universal Certification
- HVAC Certification
- Driver’s License
- Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of related work experience.
