Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues.
• Read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred).
• Proven HVAC Technician experience (hospitality experience a plus).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks.
