Ras Al Khaimah has introduced a new city bus route, known as the Orange Route, aimed at improving transportation and reducing travel time across the emirate.
This route connects key urban areas to the city center, allowing passengers to travel between the Al Nakheel area and the Main Bus Station in South Al Dhait in just 25 to 30 minutes.

The Orange Route features eight main stops, including Julphar Towers, Al Sadaf Roundabout, and Flamingo Beach, and will operate 20 trips per day, starting at 6:30 AM and concluding at 8:30 PM.
Each trip costs Dh8, making it an affordable option for commuters.
Spanning 13 kilometers, the new route expands Ras Al Khaimah’s public transport network to a total of 99 kilometers.
The initiative is designed to encourage the use of public transport and enhance the overall commuting experience for residents and visitors.
By linking all four main routes in Ras Al Khaimah, the Orange Route aims to facilitate seamless travel across the emirate, supporting the integration of different public transport modes.
The Ras Al Khaimah Transport Authority (RAKTA) hopes this expansion will meet the growing expectations of public transport users while promoting accessibility and convenience.
