Key Responsibilities
- Assist cooks in daily food production.
- Follow food safety rules and regulations.
- Manage assigned tasks in the food production schedule.
- Receive ingredients from stores and work in various kitchen areas.
- Help with packing food and placing menu items in service areas.
- Ensure proper use of equipment and report any breakdowns.
- Maintain a clean workstation.
- Actively learn and expand expertise in all areas of food production.
- Attend training sessions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Good communication skills in English (speaking, reading, and understanding).
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm for teamwork.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
