1. Design Engineer – Mechanical Architect

• Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in designing mechanical systems (HVAC, drainage, plumbing, firefighting) in construction/contracting or design firms.
  • Proficiency in CADD software, SketchUp, 3D Studio Max, and other 3D tools.

2. Operations Engineer

• Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 2–4 years of experience in planning and cost control.
  • Knowledge of Primavera software.

3. Estimation Engineer – FM

• Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in estimation for Facility Management.

4. Aluminum Engineer

• Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in aluminum workshop operations.

5. Maintenance Supervisor

• Requirements:
  • Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Property Maintenance or Facility Management.
  • Must be willing to stay in company accommodation.

6. Draftsman – Architectural

• Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Diploma in Architectural/Civil Engineering or AutoCAD.
  • 4+ years of experience in building construction projects.
  • Knowledge of Revit preferred.

7. Draftsman – Structural

• Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil Engineering or AutoCAD.
  • 4+ years of experience in building construction projects.

8. Accounting Officer

• Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 2+ years of accounting experience.
  • Familiarity with finance software and ERP systems.

9. Storekeeper

• Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma.
  • Knowledge of building materials (civil, mechanical, electrical).
